We begin our search by contacting Prospective Candidates in a variety of ways; using our proprietary database, acquiring referrals from individuals with whom we have worked in the past, using professional referrals, and direct recruiting utilizing a variety of public and non-public resources. We rarely advertise our open positions, however there are certain circumstances where we will utilize targeted advertising in selected areas for specific Talent.
We personally interview every potential Candidate, either in person, via SKYPE, or through extensive telephone conversations prior to representing them to our Client Companies. Each Candidates’ qualifications are evaluated from a technical and interpersonal level. We then manage the interviewing process from the first interview, through supplemental interviews, the offer, acceptance and start date.
For our Candidates, we are completely transparent in representing our Client Companies, the role, and the Staff you will be working with. We give each Candidate a complete and thorough preparation prior to their interview, provide advice and timely feedback after the interview in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
We also work with each Candidate regarding his or her resume to ensure accurate and detailed information is being represented, enabling our Clients to gain a complete understanding of his or her background and experience in an easy to read format. We will also provide the Client Company, a thorough explanation regarding each Candidate’s background, experience and personal attributes.
Our end goal is to treat each Client Company and Candidate with honesty and respect, while assisting them throughout the interviewing process until a decision is reached.
